Location perfect for days of walking and tram rides around this wonderful city
Stairs 6 flights and nighttime noise from an adjacent bar and scores of noisy inebriated people passing though to the early morning

Very central location in old Nice Town. Be aware its a top floor appt. Nice touches from the owner, cake and small gift.
Couldn't get the TV to work but no big deal. Handles missing on drawer fronts in kitchen area. Don't be put off by these very small groans, its a good base for Old Nice.

Oven no oven
gloves.kitchen should be better equipped. Small plates,more smaller pots.tea towels. More chairs (2)in room.the staircase looked a dangerous building site.in 2 weeks no improvement.
