Very clean , quiet especially considering location , secure and well equipped for our needs. Walking distance to markets and beach

The only thing I’d mention is the shower drains had a little smell like they needed to be flushed out or cleaned but it was not bothersome to us

Comfortable bed, fantastic location! And good Air conditioning even in the heat wave. Everything we needed.

Only a minor criticism. A bit limited on the amenities - no soap, creamer, and just 4 coffee pods for 3 people for 3 nights! But good enough!

Location is good, the description is a bit deceptive it states there is a washing machine (there is none). (we make decisions based on these amenities and it is a big hassle to take half a day to go to a laundromat out of a holiday as you have to 'stay' with your washing to supervise it. Also to our surprise the note posted inside the apartment read 'cleaning was not included' and we were expected to strip the beds and to mop the floors! this should have been disclosed in the description.(we expected to clean the kitchen as you would do with an airbnb). the apartment is very clean but we had issues with dust from the vent above shower. Also the shower ran cold even though there was only two of us and took short showers. Getting the keys from the office is about an 8min walk. (i thought that was ok as it was disclosed - but we also had to return the keys on the day of departure which i thought was onerous -most places you can leave on the table etc). The space is really only big enough for 2 people if you had more it would be terribly cramped. We had noise from the apartment next door as the wall is thin. The security metal door in the hallway on level 5 that has to be deadlocked and can't be opened to leave without a key is a fire trap safety hazard. It needs a safety release mechanism to make it safer. I would only recommend a short stay for a maximum two people.
