Appartement Nice Carré d Or

The apartment was perfect for our visit during the Monaco Grand Prix weekend . The accommodation was very comfortable and had everything we needed and was very well equipped. The bed was comfortable and we really appreciated the air conditioning as it was very warm . We especially enjoyed the small balcony with 2 chairs and we sat out and had breakfast and dinner every day. Location wise it is a few seconds walk from the tram that takes you to the airport and 10-15 minutes from the train station where you can get a train to Monaco and other places along the coast. It was less than 10 minutes walk to the seafront which was also great. There is a small carrefour supermarket next door which is great for stocking up and an excellent pizza place called La Tomate a couple of minutes walk way that is cheap but does excellent takeaway pizzas.Our host was extremely helpful and was always available to answer any questions. If you are looking for a well located , reasonably priced and well equipped comfortable apartment I would definitely recommend staying here 😊

Nothing - could honestly not find fault with anything

We had a wonderful 7-night stay at this apartment and truly enjoyed our time there. The flat had everything we could possibly need and felt very comfortable throughout our stay. One of our favorite parts was the beautiful balcony, where we spent a lot of relaxing moments. The location was excellent — very close to everything and extremely convenient for exploring the area. The neighborhood itself was also lovely, quiet, and very aesthetic, and waking up to birds singing in the morning was such a nice experience. The host was kind, responsive, and always helpful whenever we needed anything. We had seen some previous comments mentioning the bed, but honestly, we found it very comfortable and slept very well. Overall, we would happily stay here again and definitely recommend it.

Il self check in non è disponibile e bisogna accordarsi con la proprietà per la consegna delle chiavi , I materassi sia del letto che del divano potrebbero essere più confortevoli , la ventola dell’areazione forzata del bagno non funziona (forse questo spiega i 2 profumatori posizionati sopra il wc)

The property is in an excellent location. Well kept. Accessible manager. Safe. Relatively quiet. Provided the bare basics of what we needed for a short stay, with couple of exceptions.

Unfortunately, the bed did not foster a good night's sleep for either of us, for the six nights stay. At first we thought it was just jet lag from overseas traveling. But it was not until we stayed in subsequent high quality beds on our stays, we realized what we had been missing. Disappointed with the bed, but owners can easily replace the bed and achieve outstanding results. For us, we would have been better served to stay in hotels for this price.
