The location was ideal approximately 8–10 minutes on foot from the train station, even with suitcases in tow. It is also close to numerous restaurants, eateries, supermarkets, and shopping centers, with a pleasant walk to the Promenade des Anglais, which is always lively. Old Nice and the Château are also within easy reach.
We had a wonderful stay. As a group of two adults, one teenager, and a nine-year-old, everyone thoroughly enjoyed themselves.
A special thank you to Torreg, who kindly collected us despite our late arrival at the train station and stayed in touch throughout without ever being intrusive. He was extremely helpful and courteous.
The elevator is a little dated, though we found it charming and rather fun to use. The property itself was very clean, and the surrounding area felt safe and peaceful.

The terrase is Very good. So if you can live in the terrasse then it is Perfect apartment, but of course you can not.
I can not Say so much about the owner cause i havent seen Him, but i would Say he was very good to answer your questions. And he answer it fast in a very short time.
1. The apartment inside is Very small, and Thats make it uncomfortable for longer stay.
2 the bed is very very soft, so we could not sleep well.
3 We only could get one set of keys which did not work for us, and it was only one roll of toilet paper for 4days. Only 2 small shampoes and no soap for the hands.We paid for 4nights around 580 euro, and we got only one roll of paper that cost nothing to buy. And I dont beleive that to make extra set of keys cost that much. Thats gave a bad impression of the management.
