Дуже мила маленька і затишна квартира, привітний власник, з яким легко зв’язатися. Є один маленький балкон та чудова тераса для приємних сніданків. Зручне ліжко. Чудове розташування — зручно і близько добиратися до станції метро, залізничного вокзалу, центру міста та набережної.
Один невеликий недолік — це доплата, якщо ви заїжджаєте після 21:00, про яку власник попереджає заздалегідь.

Great location near to Nice Ville station. The terrace was lovely to have, spacious enough for 2 adults and 2 teens. Comfortable beds and nice shower.
No outside light, maybe add some solar lights?

The terrase is Very good. So if you can live in the terrasse then it is Perfect apartment, but of course you can not.
I can not Say so much about the owner cause i havent seen Him, but i would Say he was very good to answer your questions. And he answer it fast in a very short time.
1. The apartment inside is Very small, and Thats make it uncomfortable for longer stay.
2 the bed is very very soft, so we could not sleep well.
3 We only could get one set of keys which did not work for us, and it was only one roll of toilet paper for 4days. Only 2 small shampoes and no soap for the hands.We paid for 4nights around 580 euro, and we got only one roll of paper that cost nothing to buy. And I dont beleive that to make extra set of keys cost that much. Thats gave a bad impression of the management.
