L’emplacement de l’appartement est vraiment top. La promenade se situe au bout de l’ avenue. Il y a tous les commerces autour. Le tram est au pied de l’appartement. Vraiment parfait pour visiter la ville à pied ou en transports.
L’appartement manque de petits conforts, l’entretien : tuyauterie notamment. Le coin cuisine manque d’ustensiles pour cuisiner à l’aise. Pas vraiment l’équipement pour 4.

the apartment was in the perfect location, literally 3 minutes to the beach or less and in the middle of the life of Nice! it was a great place, perfect for 4 people and very clean.
we had some issues with hot water but otherwise nothing was bad!

appartamento situato in palazzo d'epoca molto bello. centrale e facile da raggiungere il tram linea 2
i servizi igienici. Lavandino da sostituire perche rotto con i rubinetti. La doccia con lo scalino poco pratica
