The location really was excellent! Right in the centre of old town. Clean and comfy in many ways. The view was great. Will come again!

My knees are well but if there is a problem with climbing up the stairs, I would condider another apartment.

The location was perfect for the old town, easy access to all central attractions and close to the transport links! This really made the trip! The apartment is big enough for 4 people!

Having read previous reviews some areas of concern raised remain the same for the last year. The shower only had hot water for 1 person to shower and we didn’t receive any instructions as to how to address this, the over head shower head doesn’t work and the shower head on the wall doesn’t spray outwards so you have to hold it. The toilet doesn’t have a great flushing system. The bathroom radiator isn’t in working order and there are wires that appear to have been cut / disconnected. There are a lot of stairs with no lift, not a huge issue for us but could be an issue for people with suitcases. There was only 1 mug in the kitchen, this was addressed once raised but it shouldn’t be something that needs to be requested and meant we only had enough for us all on one day. There was no tea towel in the kitchen and the kettle leaked meaning water spilled to the floor. We were also told that rubbish needed to be disposed off when leaving but no indication of where to take it and given that you are paying for the accommodation I feel that leaving rubbish to be taken as part of cleaning is reasonable. The bedding is also very dated and old and not pleasant to sleep in. New bedding would make a big difference to the overall rating. Some of the plug sockets didn’t work either. There was no flexibility with bag drop off if arriving earlier than 3pm. The communal area of the building is very unkempt and unclean with unpleasant smell.
