Posizione eccellente; in pieno centro e davanti ad un parco. 5 minuti a piedi di distanza dal mare, parcheggio per la macchina sotterraneo presso palais de justice a 2 minuti. Zona estremamente sicura e carina.
Entrata principale del condominio molto stretta e scale altrettanto strette quasi da non passarci con la valigia ne con lo zaino; ma una volta arrivati su, tutto perfetto!
