Le Mirador du Vieux Nice

Very Good position

Not feasible if you travel with more than a back pack or a trolley bigger than a cabin luggage because of many narrow stairs. Not very safe passing from the room to the bathroom due to missing safety protection from the stairs. Not easy to reach with a scooter, it is a pedestrian area.

Smuk beliggenhed. Dejlig lejlighed præcis som i beskrivelsen. Geraldine havde sørget for at det var nemt at finde hen til, og med oplysninger om nøgleboks. Jeg vil klart anbefale det til en enkeltperson eller par, og jeg kommer helt sikkert igen hvis jeg skal til Nice en anden gang.

Location in pieno centro storico, uno dei punti forti. Appartamento molto carino, letto comodo. Poca privacy, le finestre danno tutte su altri appartamenti che potrebbero vedere dentro. Prezzo ok.

Superb location and strong A/C but that's about it.

The stairs to get to the apartment are uneven and steep, dirty and lots of dead cockroaches lying around. No face/hand towel, and less than one toilet roll per day. The microwave is missing the plate, and the press for all the cutlery and plates smells. The mattress is probably an old one, it sinks and the pillows are more like sofa cushions instead. The bathroom window was broken, it would fall open on you if you tried to open it. Last but not least, the key box is a few metres from the apartment building door itself and there's no information about that in the early messages or PDF, you have to walk to realise it by yourself matching the wall to the video sent by the host.
