L'accueil et la disponibilité de l'hôte.
Tout est à disposition:lessive,capsules à café, bouteilles d'eau ,jus de fruit....
Tout est à proximité : la plage, les restos, les boutiques,le marché...
La chambre: à côté de la porte d'entrée et la fenêtre qui donne sur la cage d'escalier.

We were met by the host at facilities, showed around, use of equipment explained. The bed was comfy, Plante of towels, linen, beach towels. Kitchen is well equipped, plenty of spices, oils. It was very thoughtful of the host to leave in the fridge for us some milk, juice and even sparkling wine. Thank you very much. It was very helpful after the long travel. The facility is freshly renovated and there were lots of toiletries. The location is old Nice, this was what we wanted. We were very pleased and comfortable.

Very clean and well maintained. Host was extremely responsive and attentive.
Not a major concern, but shower would run cold very quickly.
