Le Saint François - Au cœur du Vieux Nice

L appartement était propre, accès à tous les magasins facilement, calme.

Les poubelles du voisins sur le palier avec la chaleur c était insoutenable l odeur, manquait juste un micro ondes pour parfaire le confort.

Best location in the heart of vieux Nice. It is so useful to explore the area and a lot of choice of restaurants and shops near by.

no elevator. It is a bit hard for people having a big luggages to carry on the top floor. If the travelers have a small luggage, it is the place to recommend.

Brilliant location, right in old town with so much to do and really close to the beach. Great apartment- everything that could need plus more, for example parasols to take to beach. Very modern and the air con was brilliant and well received . The host was great too, giving tips on things to do and generally being lovely and attentive (all through messages) before during and after our stay. Will definitely return

It’s hard to say we like the walk up the stairs which are a bit bad but I think it’s really important to say it’s an old building in old town and great value so I was expecting the worst from other reviews but didn’t mind it at all, I understood it - apartment is great and location is great don’t be put off by a less than glamorous hallways and stairs to it . It’s a really fair price and I wouldn’t hesitate staying here again

4.Stock ohne Lift, dass Stiegenhaus ist ein absolurer Alptraum, verdreckt, Gestank und Ungeziefer (dafür kann die Vermieterin aber nichts) Kühlschrank kühlt nicht mehr richtig...geht gar nicht Appartment war verschmutzt....Badezimner und Küche Besteck und Geschirr teilweise sehr verdreckt Ab solut zu teuer für diese Qualität
