Beautiful terrace! Wonderful location, ideal for one person like myself travelling solo. It has everything you need. Good kitchen, utensils and oil salt pepper etc for cooking. Comfortable and sweet. Very beautiful. I could walk to beach and everywhere I needed to go within minutes. I love this place :)
Be aware there are lots of narrow stairs if you don’t like to carry large or heavy luggage. I was okay and knew to expect so did not mind, but for some people it may be difficult. Also to get to the street from car/taxi , but road is only 1-2 min walk so it’s fine.
Nothing to fault really, I was very happy here.

The apartment is cute and cozy and it’s located in the city center, less than 10 minutes walking to the seaside
It is located at the 5th floor without an elevator so it’s not particularly comfortable if you are not trained

The appartement is located in the middle of the old city centre of nice, close to everything. The appartement was clean and the terrace really nice.
At arrival we thought everything was great, however after some hours we started noticing more and more things we didn't like. The beds were terrible, so bad that we slept with matrasses on the ground. All remotes batteries were empty, so we could not use the airconditioning the first day. After contacting the host she let us buy new batteries and she said she would look at the bed (however, never heard back from her and don't think she did). Overall, location was nice, bed comfort was really bad...
