The apartment was in a great spot in the heart of the old town. The beds were comfy and it was handy having the kitchen. We had an emergency with water coming in from the ceiling and losing the electricity at 10pm but the owner and property manager were very quick and responsive and handled the situation very well. The issue was resolved the next day - a plumber had been and forgot to reattach a pipe from the neighbour’s apartment!
The steps up to the apartment were pretty bad. We stayed in the old town everywhere on our trip so were used to a lot of narrow windy staircases but these ones were extra steep and narrow with mould as well (an issue being addressed). It would be nice to have some kind of curtain in the doorway for the main bedroom so that when someone gets up they can be in the lounge without waking others.

Located in the heart of vieux nice but being at third floor you do not hear the noise but the thrill of it. Do not consider the entrance it s an old building the apartment smelled like cocolino for the entire stay

地理位置好。管理员回信很快。
第一，最好在网页上写明搞卫生的情况，让顾客订房时就可以看到在居住期间是不是有人搞卫生。我是在网页介绍上没有找到有关的信息，居住后写信问才知道居住一周所付的价格中只包括一次搞卫生。之前我们在旅游中租住过类似的酒店，一般都是一周提供至少两次卫生。
第二，最好在客户入住前把有关旅游的信息及建议发给客户。我是在写信问如何丢垃圾后，收到回信时管理员同时给了我更多详细的信息，这些信息很好但是有点迟。如果我不提问，是不是就收不到这些信息了呢？
第三，被子没有被套，见下图，我觉的很奇怪，是不是每换一批客人酒店都洗被子呢？一般都是洗被套的。我们入住当天晚上很晚才到，来不及写信问，也只好用。现在顺便也把疑问写出来。
