Wonderful apartment in the center of beautiful historic old town with lots of sightseeing highlights and nice restaurants and bars. Also the beach with trendy beach clubs is just 15-20 min walk away. Public transport/taxis just 2-3 min walk. The apartment is very nice and clean, it is also surprisingly spacious (for Nice it is a big bonus-point!), it has a living-room with kitchen and 2 separate bedrooms so it can easily fit 4 people. It is equipped with airco so it’s very comfortable. The kitchen is fully-equipped and has all the necessary appliances for cooking. Definitely recommend!!!

* The apartment is located on the 3rd floor without a lift, for us it was not a problem but something to consider for elderly people or people who are not physically fit. * The light in the hallway has a timer-function and it automatically goes off so if you are not quick enough to reach the 3rd floor you can be in the dark. Tip: press the light button on each floor, it gives you extra time:-) These are not necessarily “negative” points but something to keep in mind when booking this apartment.

Comfortable, good facilities, clean, quiet. Natalie very good as responding.

Nothing really. Better toiletries maybe. A safe would be good for passports etc. It didn’t bother us but steps to 3rd floor might be too much for some.

Great location in the old town

Although advertised with a clothes tumbie dryer, it don’t actually work and hasn’t for some time, per the owner. Also, there was a drainage issue which partially flooded the bathroom floor, which again the owner was aware of, and looking back through reviews, was an issue 2 months ago. Owner said we had to be there to let the plumber in, which we didn’t do as it was sightseeing time wasted, so there was no repair until we checked out. Also the hot water system was leaking.
