MY CASA - 46 GIOFFREDO - Central 1 bedroom

It was in a really good location and was very cheap, good access to the transport network.it was really well represented and very easy to access, the boarding pass was a really good way of providing access to the apartment.

The window was broken, there was masking tape on the light in the bathroom from a paint job, the sink has a big chunk taken out of it and there was no lift. Also the bedroom was very small, but we managed to make it work, the matrass left something to be desired but was good enough.

The place had everything for the comfortable stay. And support was quick.

The location is great, easy access to the Promenade and the most popular tourist spots.

The setting of the apartment is way too different from what I see on the booking.com

Fabulous location right by Place Massena, old town and the promenade. Easy to receive the keys, communicative host and felt safe.

The place needs a good deep clean and revamp. Our socks became filthy in minutes of walking around and could see the dirt and old paint on the walls. In the bathroom - the shower went cold fast, the sink tap gets water everywhere and we were not provided with enough toilet roll. Kitchen facilities were ok although the mugs were very used and unpleasant to use. Note there is no lift and it is in the 3rd floor (there are a lot of stairs as it is a very grand building!).
