Everything was fantastic! The location was amazing! The neighborhood was safe and quite. Everything was so close and convenient! The bed was comfortable. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need for a quick meal. I took my own hairdryer but there were 2 in one of the bathrooms. If I visit Nice another time I'll definitely book this place again!

The location is close (15-20 min walk) to Coline du Chateau, Old Nice and Promenade des Anglais. Our host, Cecilia was very helpful and attentive, provided us with clear information and helped us get the keys (our arrival flight was delayed).

Air conditioning and 2 toilets
The balcony should not even be mention. Looking on mess backyard, where noise and smell of air conditioners from back of restaurant, not allow to spend there more then 1 minute.
