хорошая локация, до галереи Лафает 5минут, до ж/д вокзала ~15минут. правда красивое здание- есть лифт. в апартаментах есть все что нужно для приготовления просто еды. кофе машина и несколько капсул кофе. мы были там неделю, в кладовой комнате есть пылесос и швабра чтоб помыть полы.
в целом все здорово, но есть мелкие нюансы. ершик был сломан,
с собой лучше взять шампуни и гель для душа, т к то что предоставят вам не хватит и придется утруждать себя шоппингом этих мелочей, так же и с туалетной бумагой. лучше взять с собой дом. тапочки. вдруг кому-то важно - нет сейфа. так же нет духовки - но есть ел. плита.

We really enjoyed our stay in this apartment-honestly, it is probably the best value-for-money apartment you can find in Nice.
The location is perfect: only around an 8-minute walk to the beach, right in the city center, and very close to many shops and the central railway station. The building itself is modern, and the apartment is new, stylish, and very comfortable. The view from the apartment was amazing as well.
The apartment had everything we needed for our stay, including kitchen essentials, shower gel, and soap. The water pressure in the shower was excellent, which we really appreciated.
The host was extremely helpful, communication was always fast, and the instructions for accessing the apartment were very detailed and easy to follow. We were also pleasantly surprised that the host kindly arranged an early check-in and a later check-out for us, which made our stay even more comfortable and enjoyable.
Only 1 blanket/duvet , which may be a little bit uncomfortable if traveling with a friend but it was big enough
