Situato in Rue Massena (pedonale) a pochi metri da Place Massena, si tratta di monolocale al 3° piano con ascensore, spazioso e completo di tutto (smart tv – frigo – aria condizionata – microonde – piastra 2 fuochi a induzione - lavatrice). Posizione eccellente in pieno centro a 10 metri dalla Piazza) , Siamo stati due giorni e ci siamo trovati molto bene. Da consigliare
Bagno piccolo ma completo (con doccia grande – no bidet). parcheggio (come per tutto il centro di Nizza) solo a pagamento a poca distanza.

Très beau studio, de l'espace et une belle décoration. Le logement est idéalement situé pour découvrir Nice et la Côte d'Azur : vieille ville et bord de mer à pieds, transports en commun à proximité. Immeuble très calme au coeur d'un quartier très animé.

The location and access to the shops, cafes, and sea front were great.
We found the apartment lacked general cleanliness, with dirty dishes and utensils left for use. The washing machine had mould around the door seal and couldn’t be used, with mould noted to the ceiling of the bathroom. And the street noise was excessive, particularly in the early hours of the morning.
