Was lacking toiletries as described. Was just a leftover shower gel and hand soap. No shampoo etc

What we liked Excellent location – really hard to beat. The apartment is generally nicely furnished and the kitchen is well equipped. Communication with the host was friendly and responsive. What could be improved Unfortunately, the apartment looks considerably larger and more spacious in the photos, especially the balcony. The air conditioning is completely insufficient during hot summer weather. Even with all doors left open, the bedroom remained extremely hot (well above 30°C at night), which made sleeping very uncomfortable. There is no air conditioning in the bedroom itself. The bathroom is extremely small – when sitting on the toilet, your knees practically touch the washing machine. The wardrobe is almost completely occupied by cleaning equipment, a vacuum cleaner, extra pillows and blankets, leaving very little usable storage space. The bedspread had visible red stains and should definitely be professionally cleaned or replaced. Feather pillows feel rather outdated, especially in a bedroom that gets extremely hot in summer. Some walls and surfaces could use repainting/refurbishment. There is only one TV, located in the living room. No dishwasher – although, to be fair, this was stated in the listing and we simply overlooked it when booking. The building itself is in very poor condition. The staircase is dirty and some of the steps require care when walking up to the third floor. The balcony in particular did not inspire confidence: from below, we could see significant deterioration and heavily rusted-looking metal supports, and parts of the underside appeared to be flaking. We therefore did not feel comfortable using it with several people. Overall, considering the condition, comfort and particularly the lack of effective cooling, we felt the apartment did not offer good value for the price we paid.
