Nice Renting - 6C FRANCE - Chic Stay Pedestrian Zone Sea Massena

Lokalizacja jest doskonała i to największy atut tego miejsca. Bardzo wygodne łóżko. Gorąca woda pod prysznicem , dobre ciśnienie wody i drożny odpływ (co nie zawsze jest standardem😉).

Hałas! W apartamencie jest bardzo głośno. Nie ma żadnej izolacji akustycznej. Za ścianą sypialni są schody prowadzące do mieszkań, słychać każdy krok i trzaskanie drzwiami. Z mieszkania nad apartamentem w nocy słychać było krzyki, tupanie, skakanie, tak, że nie dało się spać. Przez sypialnię prowadzi rura spustowa z mieszkania powyżej , więc słychać jak korzystają z toalety (dosłownie!)! Brak umywalki w toalecie., trzeba przejść przez całe mieszkanie aby umyć ręce. W łazience w części prysznicowej jest pleśń i grzyb na suficie. Zarządca za wystawienie opinii na 10 proponuje bon rabatowy na wszystkie zarządzane przez nich obiekty, więc wysoka opinia nn a bookingu nie wynika z atrakcyjności oferty a z korzyści, które można dostać wystawiając 10.

L'emplacement est parfait pour l'accès à la plage, aux restaurants, ainsi qu'à la vieille ville de Nice à pieds. L'appartement est jolie, propre et pratique, il y a toutes les commodités que nous attendions.

The location of this apartment was excellent. Close to the beach and the Promenade des Anglais, close to tram connections, close to Place Masséna and the "old Nice". Right in the middle of a busy pedestrian district with a load of restaurants. The apartment is good sized. Good bed, working air conditioning, good kitchen facilities, plenty of hangers for clothes.

The bathroom had an unpleasant sewer smell. Not too bad, and didn't linger past the bathroom. Nothing to see from the windows. Noise from other apartments and/or from the alley (the closest restaurant had an open door to the alley during its opening hours) in the evening, but quite peaceful at night. The stairway to the 1st floor apartment is a bit weird and there's very bad lighting at the apartment door.

Emplacement et propreté

Pour un séjour de 6 jours, A) il n'y avait pas de serviettes suffisant (il y avait seulement : 2 serviettes de taille moyenne, une seule par personne, et deux très petites carres de 15cm pour 15cm, approximativement, pour le visage et les mains). Nous avons réclamé et obtenu des serviettes supplémentaires. B) il n'avait pas des oreilles ni de taies d'oreilles pour le canapé-lit. C) papier toilette insuffisante pour tout le séjour.
