Amazing location in Nice
Wasn't very clean. we had to get the cleaner back to clean the balcony as it was filthy but the property management company address this immediately. we left a list of maintenance things that needed to be fixed- drain in shower not draining, light bulbs that needed replacing but they said they would address these straight away. Apart from that we had a great stay and we would recommend this apartment.

would have preferred a personal welcome and introduction to apartment information on some of the appliances eventually found in a top kitchen cupboard. inability to lower inside temperature
