It's in the center ville. Easy access for transpo and it's in a quiet neighborhood.
What i didn't like is that there is no enough kitchen utensils like, mugs, glasses and cookingwares. So we had to use bowls on coffees and beverages😅

Great location and great communication from the host. Had some minor issues with the aircon which they sorted (emptying condensation tray), and we left belongings behind which they are sending to us :)

Really convenient location between the train station and the old town. Lot of good cafés and shops close by. Tram line also a block away. Easy access to apartment with key codes. WiFi was good.
A small apartment by a busy street, more like a hotel room with tiny kitchen. Somewhat run-down and not super cozy place, but perfectly ok for a few night stay.

La situación en el centro de Niza. Aire acondicionado.
Muy incómodo. La cama superior con escalera poco segura y con el colchón muy delgado y en el suelo. El sofa cama muy incómodo, con colchon delgado y chirriante. Hay que aparcar pagando. Caro, pagas la situación y no la comodidad.
