Really convenient location between the train station and the old town. Lot of good cafés and shops close by. Tram line also a block away. Easy access to apartment with key codes. WiFi was good.
A small apartment by a busy street, more like a hotel room with tiny kitchen. Somewhat run-down and not super cozy place, but perfectly ok for a few night stay.

L'emplacement idéal à deux pas de Nice Étoile
Ce studio propose deux couchages, j'aurais préféré avoir les draps à disposition et choisir de dormir dans le canapé lit ou sur la mezzanine. Je partageais ce studio avec une personne et sachant qu'il y avait deux couchages nous aurions préféré dormir séparément. Le ménage laisse à désirer, les meubles sont anciens pourquoi pas mais vétuste c'est vraiment très moyen, que ce soit le canapé les rideaux la couette à disposition tout est plein de tâches,
