Appartement bien situé et plutôt spacieux !

Un bruit d’écoulement en continu 24/24 dans l’une des 2 chambres qui n’a pu être traité sur le délai du séjour et une seule salle de bain contrairement aux 2 indiquées dans l’annonce .

The apartment was huge! Room for everyone to have a space away from each other. It was by far the most liveable apartment we've rented in Europe. It was quick access to restaurants and shops. The kitchen was well equipped and we had ample towels, etc. The water pressure was amazing. The TV had access to apps so kids can watch Netflix and YouTube.

The reception and the apartment are not close together (7-8 minutes walking) and because they are both in Old Town, taxis/Uber cannot take you there. There's lots of towing luggage through the cobbled streets and many steps of Nice. Neither the reception nor this apartment are close to Line 2 which is the transit that takes you to both the stadium and the airport. The location of this apartment was close to a lot of amenities but the street it is on was quite sketchy. My 7 year old son was accosted by an elderly man with mental issues and exposed privates. The apartment had clearly not been vacuumed before we arrived. The floor felt like someone had dumped a duffel of sand and rocks on it and our feet were dirty after walking on it with bare feet.
