L'appartement est très bien situé en plein centre de Nice L'appartement est propre et nous avons été très bien accueillies par notre hôtesse Tous les produits d'entretien étaient fournis et avons eu en cadeau d'accueil du café et du vin

Location is excellent, not too busy, adjacent bakeries and small supermarket, easy walking distance from Devaudy tram stop, main station, shops and beach. The host was very helpful although as we'd stayed twice before we didn't need a lot of assistance. The local people, restaurant, staff and beach staff were all really pleasant. The trains to Menton etc were clean, frequent and punctual.
This is the third time we've stayed at the apartment and make the same comment as the last two visits. A lovely location and ideal size apartment is let down by the lack of some bed lights, lamps by the settee and wardrobe/chest of drawers to keep clothes tidy and stored.

The location was good; it's not far from the station, shopping areas, restaurants the promenade and old town. The bed was very comfortable as was the sofa. The heating worked well and it was good to have a lift as the apartment is on the fourth floor. There is also a supermarket around the corner about one minute awa.
Generally the apartment was good although it could be smartened up a little. The clothes hanging facility could be improved.
