1a Lage mit kurzen Wegen zu Altstadt, Strand und Innenstadt. Bus zum Bahnhof vor der Tür, Tram-Station um die Ecke. In unmittelbarer Nähe viele Restaurants und Frühstücksmöglichkeiten.
Nur Kleinigkeiten.

The location and facilities were good
The property was not clean, the balcony was filthy, the sofa was dated and did not appear clean. There was a terrible stench throughout all the communal areas that hit you as soon as you opened the door

Appartement charmant, très calme et très propre à 2 pas du vieux Nice et de la Promenade des Anglais. Thierry est un hôte très réactif. Je reviendrai avec plaisir.

Super god beliggenhed i en smuk ejendom med en rolig atmosfære. Nød at sidde på balkonen.
Det havde været rart med havehynder til stolene på balkonen. I køkkenskabet stod krydderier, kaffe mv., der langt havde overskredet sidste anvendelsesdato.
