7 / 10Good·Oct 2026
Very clean apartment, it looks better thn the pics It is right in the old town where everything is happening, most notable bars like the Le Schapko are just a meager 2-3munutes walk away.
I really do not like to complain, when i think some of the problem is the guests being careless and inconsiderate couch is heavily stained, the toilet door lock could be either fixed or replaced with a simple lock. Also normalise having an Air-conditioning system.

Great location near tram, train and restaurants. Host was very helpful in assisting our check-in process.
Poor phone signal, no wifi, and stairs to carry up luggage. Also couldn’t work out how to turn on the aircon in the bedroom - some instructions in English would’ve helped.

The owner gave detailed instructions on how to find the keys on arrival so everything was very easy. The location is amazing with trams directly outside and buses a short walk away. It is 5 mins walk to the middle of Old Town, 10 minutes walk to the beach and 15 minutes bus to Nice Riqiuer station to get trains to nearby places (e.g. Monaco, Menton, etc.). The apartment itself is a great size, full kitchen, comfortable rooms and modern facilities.
Nothing - the place is lovely, the location is great and the host was very helpful.
