La ubicación, la cocina y el salón son estupendos. Hay un parking público muy cerca. La zona es estupenda.
Tuvimos mala suerte y hacía mucho calor en Niza, el edificio es antiguo y no tiene aire acondicionado.

Great location!
One toilet didn’t have a tab to wash hands and soundproofing was poor because it’s an old building.

Excellent location with great restaurants and shops close by. Very easy to find and get to. Could walk to most places. Very comfortable.

Great location, fully equipped kitchen, all furniture etc good. Great kitchen/lounge area.
The air-con is not up to the job for the current temperatures. There is 1 unit which does blow out cold air but is in the hall and has no impact on any rooms. There are 2 other units which makes no impact and 3 fans. The air-con needs a big upgrade then this would be a great property
