Good place for 5 night stay for 4 adults and two children, 11 and 15.

Good location, close to train station and 10 minute walk to old town, market and beach, also close to tram stop.close to boulangerie and supermarket.

Area a bit rundown but didn’t cause us any problems. Would have been better to have an additional shower over the bath, rather than just one shower and bath but that was pointed out in the description.

Great location in central Nice. Spacious flat with three bedrooms and two bathrooms / toilets. Well equipped kitchen. Excellent integrated air conditioning and double glazed windows. Large outdoor patio area with dining table. Secure entrance to building and flat. Nice decor in Haussmann style building. Really comfortable in the heat of summer.

Beautiful apartment.

Spacious, clean and beautiful apartment. Location is excellent- everything was nearby (a lot of different reastaraunts, train station etc.).

There was some noise in the mornings (construction and other people in the streets.). Also some days there was a strong smell of paint (mostly on the stairway but in the apartment as well), but it seemed like a temporary problem.

Overall great day and a good value

It was a pretty nice apartment with plenty of space for everyone in our group. The air conditioning units were indeed excellent and kept the rooms nice and cool for comfortable sleeping. The apartment was very convenient to the train station and the tram stop.

There was a bit of sketchy activity out on the street, but none of them seemed to pay us any mind. The pillows were awkward and square and not the usual rectangular sleeping pillows, but I guess that’s why they call them European style 😆

Spacious apartment with great amenities

The apartment was much more spacious than we anticipated. It was handy to have a washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher. It was a close spot to the main shops and restaurants. We would definitely stay again.

The area can seem a little worrying at times, especially late at night with some groups of men hanging around. Albeit we were safe, and no-one approached us.

Excellent apartment but disappointing host.

Very spacious apartment with excellent amenities. Good sized terrace.

When going out, do not close the door with a key in the lock inside! We did this once (completely our fault). Nicholas promised that he was coming between 10-11pm to sort it out but never turned up. We were given numbers of locksmiths which we had to call and pay through our nose obviously. I must emphasize that I am only disappointed that he promised to come and sort it out so we waited around for him. Locking the key inside was our fault so I was (not so) happy to pay for the locksmith.

Spacious and air-conditioned apartment with a central location

The apartment was spacious and well suited for traveling as a family with kids. The location is very central, just off the main shopping street with a walking distance to train station, tramway as well as the beach and the Promenade des Anglais. The host communicated clearly how and where to collect keys. The apartment has air conditioning as well as dishwasher and washing machine for the guests to use. The kitchen is well equipped and multiple boulangeries are close by to get fresh breakfast. The hosts even provided two sets of towels for each guest so we could have beach towels separately.

The only minor thing is that the beds in the two smaller bedrooms were not the best, they could be a bit sturdier.

Exceptional

The size and composition of the apt were fabulous. It was helpful being near the train station even though it's not immediately close to the old town or shore.

The usage instructions, SMS contacts, and cleanup tasks (apart from the pre-paid separate clean-up fee) were a somewhat excessive given just 3 of us and a 4-day stay, especially since we spent most of our time out of the apt. I will reconsider similar apts in the future based on this experience and look for simpler situations. Nevertheless, it was ideal for our circumstances this time.

Everything according to pictures. Big and nice apartment Position is nice and practical, next to the main Boulevard with shops but not the best neighborhood area. We never felt unsafe as a group of 6 girls but if you're walking by alone you might find it a little unsafe.

Super annoying noise that was occurring once every minute the whole day. It sounds like the water boiler that goes on for few seconds but it could be heard from all 3 bedrooms. 3 of the 6 of us slept poorly because of it. 4 single beds were a little shaky and uncomfortable. 500€ deposit requested even if you stay just a weekend. It's written in the fine prints but didn't notice so it caught us by surprise.

Convenient location, 5 min away from Jean medicin avenue and supermarkets. About 17min away from promenade de anglaise . -Terrace -Washer and dryer -Couple tablets for washing machine and dish washer. -Welcome bottle of wine ( nice gesture) -Coffee maker and box of free pods , tea bags . Drying racks Aircon Spacious Powerful shower . Big bathtub

Description : two bathroom. But did not specify 1 shower room and 1 bathtub . Would have been more convenient with shower over the bathtub in the ensuite. The furniture and flat was worn. Only the master bedroom had a proper bed, the other two rooms had fold out beds, which were not very comfortable . No shampoo, conditioner or body wash.

The apartment was clean, bright, comfortable and spacious. The location is perfect for exploring all of Nice and very close to the Marche Liberation where you will find fresh seafood, fruits, vegetables and more.

Loistava sijainti lähellä rautatieasemaa, kauppoja ja rantaa. Kävellen mukavasti myös Chagall-museoon. Huoneisto on tilava ja hyvin varusteltu. Kuudelle hengelle oivallinen. Hyvä huomata että toisessa kylpyhuoneessa ei tosiaan ole suihkua vaan vain amme. Sängyt pienissä huoneissa asialliset vaikka vaatimattomat. Terassi todella kiva lisä. Ilmastoinnit toimivat hyvin joka huoneessa 👍

Sijainti hyvä.Ratikka/bussi yhteydet hyvät joka suuntaan.Kaupat, apteekit ym.palvelut lähellä,kävelymatkan päässä.Katumelu olematon(äänieristetyt ikkunat) Tilava,valoisa asunto. Tilava keittiö ja saareke,jossa tilaa laittaa ruokaa tarjolle.Iso ruokapöytä.Pystyi seurustelemaan ruokaa laittaessa.Astioita hyvä valikoima.Iso jääkaappi/pakastin.Liinavaatteita hyvin.Iso mukava kulmasohva,jossa mahtui kaikki hyvin seurustelemaan.Valaistus huoneissa hyvä.Moderni asunto.

Siivouksessa parantamisen varaa(lattiat ja nurkat). Pyykkikoneessa edellisten pyykit jätetty koneeseen, joten asiakas joutunut ne laittamaan kuivumaan. Uuni oli päällä tullessa ja piippasi(kuuma sisältä).Siitä joutunut sukulainen soittamaan omistajalle.Uuni piippasi toistamiseen lähes lähtöpäivän iltana.Kun asiakas ei tiedä,mistä johtuu ja ei uskalla koskea siihen,tulee pelottava tilanne.Siitä asiasta otettiin yhteys omistajaan.Astianpesukoneesta puuttui alatasosta pyörät toiselta puolelta,joten oli hankala laittaa astioita alakoriin.Kylmää puhaltavat kattoritilät.Sukulaismies saanut ne päältä pois lopulta kokonaan. Epämääräinen "kaupankäynti"ikkunoiden alla ei kivaa.Nuori alaikäinen meillä mukana.Eivät tosin reagoineet meihin.Varatyynyjä olisi voinut olla muutamia,nyt jouduttu ostamaan kaksi.Meitä oli neljä henkilöä,joten isomman makuuhuoneen sängyn littanat tyynyt liian matalat/kovat päällekkäinkin.Kylpyhuone,jossa amme, ei ollut suihkua.Täytyi kylvyn jälkeen kävellä toiseen kauempana olevaan suihkuun huuhtelulle.Hankala.Hyvä asia kaksi wc:tä.
