Great value and a nicely remodeled apartment.

Well equipped kitchen and appliances, except more cooking utensils would have been appreciated. The bed was comfortable. I like having a washing machine and drying rack.

A quiet, cosy studio in a great location near the Ave Jean Médecin.

I really liked this little apartment. It is far nicer than the images portray! It is in a great location; close to Ave Jean Médecin and all the conveniences. The studio I stayed in was situated at the rear of the property, so it was very quiet. I changed the orientation of the little dining table so I could enjoy the view from the window and the lovely honeycomb colours that radiated from the surrounding buildings even on overcast days. The owner responded to messages quickly, and the housekeeping staff I encountered onsite were very courteous. The cleanliness was immaculate and I loved the bathroom! The kitchen was functional but could really do with some sharp kitchen knives. I found the neighbourhood safe to walk around at any hour of the day or night, and would happily stay at this property again.

The smell of cigarette smoke from another apartment sometimes came through the ceiling vent in the bathroom. It was a bit unpleasant (I am a non-smoker), but I'm not too sure what can be done about it if it is a communal ventilation system. I just stuck a piece of paper over the vent to minimise the smell during my stay, and it certainly didn't detract from the enjoyment of my stay.

Lovely apartment, everything you need is there. Great communication with owner, quick responses, very helpful. Location is brilliant,near tram and also near Nice Ville Station. 10 minutes walk to old town. Shop next door. .Apartment is very comfortable, as mentioned before the stairs may be an issue if you have large suitcases. We would definitely stay here again.

A great apartment in a great location, for a great price!

This is a very nice apartment in a very central area of Nice - for a great price! The apartment is equipped with everything you can want - it even has a washing machine. Even though it's located in a central area, it was calm and quiet. We definitely recommend staying here when visiting Nice! Also, the host was very nice and accommodating. We had a wonderful time.

Very convenient location, close to shops, restaurants, and public transport. Walking distance to the old town. The apartment is modern, clean, and has all the necessary amenities.

The only thing to note is the lack of an elevator, so be prepared to climb some stairs.

Very convenient location walkable from the railway station and the beach & the old town.

Clean & quiet. About 10 minutes easy walk from the railway station & the same to the beach. We knew beforehand that the room was on the 2nd floor so we had no issues climbing the wide stairs to the correct floor. The is no lift. Good clear instructions how to get through the front door & how to get the keys to the apartment. The photos were helpful. We had everything we needed such as towels & hand wash etc. We would definitely consider staying again if we visit Nice again in the future.

Nothing of any significance. Though there were 2 kitchen knives both were rather blunt so even cutting bread was a bit of a challenge, but I’m being very picky. In no way did it spoil our experience.

Fantastic location

The location was perfect, particularly for a solo traveller. Walking distance from the main sights, restaurants opposite the property and a supermarket right next door! Would recommend for a short stay. There are no staff at the location, and that's why I could not rate it.

No complaints but would suggest the room is suitable for one person only and some net curtains on the window for privacy would be good.

It was a great place to stay and I was very pleased with it.

It was a great place to stay and I was very pleased with it. It was remarkably quiet considering it's right in the heart of Nice. A/C worked great. There are restaurants right across the street and it's a block from the metro that goes up to the train station or down to the beach. Or you can walk in a couple minutes to either place. Get up early and go to the beach at sunrise when there's nobody around and everything is quiet.

Be warned that there are four flights of stairs to climb to get to the apartment.

The place was great. In a perfect location, with a short walk from the train station and the old town. Quiet at night. Comfortable and had all you need. The check-in and check-out process was easy.

The plumbing was a little loud at times.

Good location

The location is close to Tram L2 station (Jean Médecin) and it's also not far from the train station (Nice Ville). The studio is new and spacious compared to other hotel rooms I stayed in while in Nice. There is a small grocery store right next to the building.

I did not find elevators in the building. I would have had trouble getting to the third floor if I had been carrying a large suitcase. The wall bracket/support for the shower head is missing, which is a bit inconvenient for me.

A good base for a short stay.

Good location, about equal distance from the sea and the train station. A good Lidl supermarket relatively close. Not far at all from the tram stop for the airport. Was perfectly adequate for a short stay. I would describe it as a studio or a bed sit. We appreciated that the owner checked us in personally after midnight due to our late flight arrival.

Poor lighting, very uncomfortable pillows, the shower sprayed water all over the floor, no toilet roll holder, very poor lighting.

Very enjoyable.

Lovely friendly host. Nice room with plenty of space. We always sleep with windows open but this wasn't possible due to nearby restaurants. However, the double glazing really kept the noise out. Air-con there if needed. Good security. There's a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and over/hob cooker. No idea why because who would want to cook in your room near your bed? And Nice has hundreds of great restaurants for all budgets. The building is old - communal areas are characterful but everything was clean.

Shower fittings were a little basic and shower clamp in one high position. No bowls you could use for cereal - ate out of a small saucepan! Funny! No hand soap provided in bathroom. Just tiny gripes. No big problems at all.

Es un alojamiento magnífico! Y con supermercados muy cerca, Monoprix y Carrefour Express, panaderías y farmacias. Microondas, horno, calienta toallas, tostadora, cuchillo para cortar, sartenes en buen estado.... El mejor alojamiento en el que he estado sin dudas!! La ubicación inmejorable: a 15 min de la Ópera de Niza, de la playa y del centro!!

Traumhaft schöne Städtereise

Ich hatte die Wohnung Nr. 2 mit Blick in den Hof. Die Lage des Hauses ist optimal und mehrere Supermärkte in unmittelbarer Nähe. Es gibt vielfältigen Zugang zum ÖPNV. Das Badezimmer ist zwar recht klein aber gut eingerichtet. Das Wohn-Schlaf-Zimmer selbst war geräumig und bietet max. 2 Personen ausreichend Platz. Die Küchenzeile ist zweckmäßig und u. a. mit einem 2-Platten-Herd, einer Waschmaschine, Klimagerät, sowie einer Kaffeepad-Maschine ausgestattet.

Ich bin überhaupt nicht unzufrieden gewesen und kann die Wohnung wirklich wärmstens empfehlen! Das möchte ich vorab betonen. Aber ich bin extrem dankbar für das Feedback früherer Rezensenten, denn wir haben ja alle unsere individuellen Bedürfnisse! Für Personen mit Halswirbelproblematik ist die Mitnahme eines eigenen Kissens ein Muss! Die Wohnungen liegen in der 2. Etage und sind über 4 Treppenabsätze zu erreichen. Die Stufen sind aber wirklich - auch mit Gepäck -"angenehm" zu ersteigen. Es ist recht hellhörig, weshalb eine gewisse Umsicht gut wäre. Ja und es gibt Mücken! Ich war jetzt im Oktober dort und war mehrmals täglich auf Mückenjagd. Wenn das Klimagerät nicht läuft, sollte man hier also durchaus vorsorgen. Es gibt 5 Kleiderbügel und die beiden Messer waren in meiner Wohnung wirklich völlig stumpf. Ich reise nie ohne meine eigenen Messer, weil mich stumpfe Messer fürchterlich aufregen. Trotzdem habe ich die vorhandenen Messer aber mal aus Neugier ausprobiert und auch gleich wieder weggelegt...

Hat alles wunderbar gepasst - gerne wieder!

Die Lage direkt im Zentrum und nahe der Einkaufsstraße war super. Hatten Fenster in den Innenhof, dadurch war es sehr leise. Appartment war sehr sauber und funktional; mit tollem Bett, und gut ausgestatteter Küche. Beim Ankommen nicht von der Haustüre abschrecken lassen - Haus und Appartment innen sind viel schöner!

Hat alles gut gepasst - nur der Kasten ist klein mit wenig Ablagefläche. Man muss bedenken, dass sich das Appartment im 2. Stock ohne Lift befindet - für uns war dies kein Problem.

Zona excelenta

Locatia este excelenta: studioul este central, langa magazine (Carrefour este langa, iar Intermarche si Monoprix la 2 minute), restaurante, linia de tramvai (inclusiv L2, legatura cu aeroportul), Piata Massena si centrul vechi, gara. Fiind zona centrala, nu este o zona cu multa liniste deci, depinde ce iti doresti. Pentru noi a fost perfect, ne-am bucurat de vibratia orasului. Studioul in care ne-am cazat este intr-o cladire sigura si intr-o zona sigura. Exista o chicineta cu diverse utilitati: cuptor cu microunde, cuptor electric, plita, masina de spalat rufe, frigider si un espressor Senseo cu paduri (gazda ofera un rand de paduri, dar gasiti la pret convenabil la Intermarche, care este foarte aproape). In baie sunt consumabile suficiente, prosoape si un uscator de par. Camera este spatioasa, cu aer conditionat, TV cu Netflix si un uscator de rufe pliabil. Mark, gazda, a comunicat cu noi foarte bine, ne-a oferit in amanunt instructiuni si coduri de acces pentru un check-in si check-out facile. De asemenea, a raspuns cu promptitudine cand am avut o incurcatura, desi era ora 23,50. Recomand locatia!

Pentru chicineta trebuie sa va cumparati consumabile, (se ofera doar 2 prosoape textile). Un minus pentru chicineta este ca vasele nu erau foarte curate, a fost necesara o igienizare suplimentara.

不潔で不快な気持ちになりも残念

あえて言えば、当然なことだが、シャワーは問題なくお湯が出ること。ドライヤーのパワーが良いこと。エアコンが問題なく使えたこと。そして何よりも1階のコンビニはなんでも揃っていて、しかも安いので便利でした。

エレベーターがなく、 3階まで重たい大きなスーツケースを自力で運ばなくてはならないこと。本当に泣きたいくらい辛かったです。建物は古すぎて窓も壊れてる。部屋に入ると、前日の宿泊者の食べ物やペットボトルのゴミが入ったままの大きなゴミ袋があり、掃除が行き届いていないことに愕然としました。オーブンはプレートに油がこびりついたまま汚れている。バスルームのシャワーヘッドは割れているし、水の流れは悪く排水溝に水が溜まる。パスタオルとフェイスタオルはゴワゴワで髪の毛がついて不潔なこと。　ハンガーは折れてる。　ニースの旅がとても残念で本当に不快で気分が悪くなった。キッチンや洗濯機などの備品などは揃ってるので、もし清潔に掃除が行き届いていたら、快適だったと思う。金額もそれなりに高いのに全く、価値がなく、二度と泊まりたくないし、人に勧めたくないです。本当に残念に思いました。口コミが良かったのでここの施設を選んだのですが、なんでこんなに口コミがいいのか理解できません。
