The location of the property was really convenient. The airconditioning was also really nice addition during these hot summer days.
Had some problems with being given the wrong building code and had to call to try one that eventually let me in the building. There were some water damage prints and falling apart wall paint which didn’t look so nice. Although it was mentioned in the listing, manually having to use the stairs to open the airco on and off was not so convenient. Also had some troubles in terms of deposits and “cleaning fee” that was not transparent in the initial listing of the property.
