Central location for visiting Vieux Nice and Promenade des Anglais. Bakery, many good restaurants just a few steps from front door. Easy walked to public tram line T1/T2. The apartment got AC.
On 4th floor - many steps - not suitable with heavy luggages

Lovely apartment in a great location. Easily walkable to everything we wanted to see. Had everything we needed and was very comfortable. Communication with the owner was very good, quick responses and very helpful.
