Historic Bright and Beautiful Apartment in Old Nice with Castle Hill View

Brilliant location, nicely finished inside, excellent aircon!

Nothing at all - it was great!

Das Apartment war für unsere Zwecke perfekt (2 Erwachsene, 3 Kinder). Es war viel geräumiger als erwartet und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Betten waren sehr bequem, das Schlafsofa war OK. Das Bad hatte zwar kein Fenster, das störte uns aber nicht. Die Dusche war super. Die Lage war sehr zentral. Zu Fuß konnte man vieles erreichen und war direkt in der Altstadt und in wenigen Minuten an der Promenade. Bushaltestellen und Bahn in direkter Nähe. Ein Park mit großem Spielplatz befindet sich vor dem Haus. Auch die Cafés, Bäcker und Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe waren für uns sehr praktisch. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war schnell, unkompliziert, hilfreich und sehr freundlich. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt und können die Wohnung empfehlen.

Es wäre toll, wenn im Wohnzimmer (hier steht das Schlafsofa) ein neues Verdunklungsplissee angebracht werden könnte. Auch in dem SZ zum Lichthof war das Plissee etwas kaputt. Das Treppenhaus ist sehr hellhörig.

Love the location! Everything was on our doorstep although you wouldn’t know it as there is no street noise. The apartment was beautiful. All new and beds/pillows comfortable. I will stay here again. If you are considering staying here, book it!

Everything was perfect. If I had to choose something it’s the 4 flights stairs, even then it was worth it!

Fabulous location in Old Town surrounded by cafes and restaurants. 1.5km from train station, order Uber. Accommodation comprised large rooms, kitchen fully equipped. Very comfortable. Be mindful of 4 flights of stairs which is not easy for transporting suitcases. Highly recommend.
