Location is really good. Appartment is big and clean. Beds are comfy.
We stayed Friday-Monday and first 2 nights the noice from the nearest restarants and bars was terrible - all night till 4:00 in the morning we could hear the constant screaming and at 6:00 there were garbage trucks already. The closed windows were not helping at all. The only more or less comfortable night was Sunday-Monday.
You need to be ready for a lot of stairs to reach the appartment in the building.

If Old Nice is your thing, it doesn't get better than this apartment. Renovated apartment in the heart of action, steps from Palais de Justice, this is where you should stay if you want to explore the alleys of Nice Old town and want a modern apartment bathed in sunlight and old town charm.
This is a 4th floor walk-up (ground floor is 0) with high floors - not for weak knees or lungs, and doubly so if you have luggage. The toilet and bath are separate (walk across the living room), which is great as we were 4 of us, but the toilet is really small and not well ventilated.

Great location but extremely noisy right through until morning.
8 flights of stairs an ordeal with luggage, especially for people with mobility issues. Close to the water and the evenings were spectacular while sipping our Aperol!!
