Mitten in der Altstadt von Nizza gelegen. Den Altstadttrubel muß man natürlich mögen. Straßenbahn sehr gut fußläufig erreichbar.
Der Steinstrand ist zu Fuß ebenfalls erreichbar.

Das Sofa/Schlafcouch im Wohnzimmer ist schon sehr durchgelegen. Die Unterkunft hätte etwas sauberer sein können, der Backofen war sehr dreckig den haben wir lieber nicht benutzt und auch Haare vom Vorgänger befanden sich im Schlafzimmer auf dem Boden und im Kleiderschrank. Die Treppenstufen sind teilweise sehr hoch sodass es mit Gepäck schon sehr anspruchsvoll ist, in den zweiten Stock zu kommen.

Location was great, close to everything but out of the hussle and bussle.
Kitchen was great, apartment looked nice.
Unfortunately pillows were extremely flat and uncomfortable, and the shower drain was pooling and drained very slow.
Lots of steep stairs but expected in Europe.

Close to beach, in the middle of old town. Supercosy apartment. Had all things you need in it.
Superclose to everything you need.
Steep stairs. But it is what it is. Elderly neighbor had no problem to climb them. 😎

Perfect location in the old town right next to the tram station and very cute apartment! It was very spacious and the bathroom and shower were very nice. The kitchen was nice and had all the necessary equipment and there was also a washing machine and dryer. There were two ACs and a fan, which was great due to the heat. It was very quiet as well.
The flat was a bit dusty and the knives in the kitchen could have been better. The curtains in the bedroom could not be closed properly.
Note that there are steep stairs to get up to the apartment on the second floor.
