Cocoonr is offering this charming, air-conditioned flat for rent in Nice, just 500 metres from the beach. It measures 39 m² and can accommodate up to two guests. Situated on the 5th floor (no lift), it comprises a lovely 25 m² living area, a fully equipped kitchenette, a beautiful bedroom and a bathroom (with a bath). Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are included – we’re just waiting for you!

- A kitchenette opening onto the living room, equipped with, amongst other things: an oven, a microwave, a toaster, hobs…
- A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160×200) and a glass partition opening onto the living room
- A bathroom with a bath. The bathroom opens onto the living room.
- A separate toilet
The flat is ideally situated in the Vieux Nice district, one of the most iconic and picturesque areas of the Côte d’Azur.
Old Nice is a colourful labyrinth of narrow streets, lined with ochre and pastel-coloured façades, featuring the typical green shutters and a Mediterranean atmosphere. The atmosphere here is authentic and lively, blending local traditions, crafts, Niçoise cuisine and the warmth of the locals. The neighbourhood is both touristy and deeply local, ideal for travellers seeking cultural immersion.
