Molto buona la collocazione nella città, nel cuore della vecchia Nizza, in una strada pedonale estremamente silenziosa. Edificio antico, estremamente Ligure! Nelle vicinanze esistono numerosi ristoranti e pub, nonché molti edifici d'interesse artistico e culturale.
Mi è piaciuto tutto! Anche il dover raggiungere il mio piano (piuttosto elevato) a piedi in assenza di ascensore. un buon Ligure è abituato ad affrontare le scalinate!!!

La posizione è veramente fantastica, lo staff è stato molto gentile e disponibile e ci hanno fatto trovare la spugna per lavare i piatti, il detersivo, un panno da cucina, caffè e tè e tre asciugamani di diverse dimensioni a testa. Inoltre il letto era comodo.
La camera era al quarto piano e non c'era l'ascensore, inoltre quando siamo arrivati (alle 17:30) non erano ancora state fatte le pulizie e abbiamo aspettato in stanza mentre l'addetta le ultimava. C'era solo una finestra che dava sull'interno dell'edificio, quindi non si poteva arieggiare, ma c'era il condizionatore.

Le studio etait dans le 4 iem etage sans ascenseur très fatigant avec les escaliers . Le studio est très serré pas plus de 2 personnes La complexité d'avoir les Clefs

Location was amazing (middle of Vieux Nice) and Pierre the concierge was really nice.
The room was super small and there was an unpleasant scent coming from the fridge (or something else). Also, there was no window, so no daylight.
