The property was in a very convenient location to be able to explore the city. It was clean and exactly as described. Check in was simple and the few things that we needed or had questions about were addressed very quickly by the host. The stairs with luggage could be a bit of a challenge, but it was so nice to have a washer and to be able to clean our clothes mid trip. Highly recommend staying here on your trip to Nice!

The apartment was as advertised. No comcerns Communication with the owner was not timely and incomplete. It was a bit stressful, which is why I gave 3 stars.
