Located in a quiet street, but a step away from the famous "place Rossetti" in the lively and picturesque old town. Seconds away from an extremely large choice of restaurants, pubs and "brasseries", without talking about "fenocchio" their ice creams are known to be among the best in town.
10 minutes walk to the beaches, the city center and "place Garibaldi"

If you're looking for a great Old Town Nice experience this is the place!! Shops and restaurants are literally just steps away. Bus stops and tram to the airport an easy 10 minute walk. Communication with the host was quick and full of helpful tips. Check in was great, flexible. Even included a tour of the apartment and recommendations for the best local restaurants. The hosts father stopped by and visited for a couple hours. We shared stories and had a heartfelt visit. So glad we got a chance to chat and make memories. All in all a great little place and would highly recommend! One thing, it's an upstairs apartment, the steps are steep and would be a challenge for someone with mobility issues. Our visit was in April, weather was perfect, no need for AC.

Location great and check in procedure great too. Apartment was a decent size with a comfortable bed, good furnishing and a good air con unit.

This apartment is in an ideal location, close to the promenade and transportation lines. There is room for improvement with a deep cleaning and more clean linen access.
