We stayed here for 5 days. The property is located at the top of the mountain and has a beautiful view from the garden of all of Nice. The apartment was very clean, tidy and spacious for all three of us. The appliances were all very modern and the air-conditioning was perfect to keep the place cool. There was parking at the front and a local bus service that was 30 seconds away and goes into town. Our stay was perfect, and couldn't fault any aspect of it. We'd certainly only choose this place again for our next stay.

Everyone always has a different experience, and here is our rental experience. We found the apartment to be nice (no pun intended) and fairly well located, although not completely clean; ironically, the owner asked us to make sure the apartment was clean before we left as she had people arriving on the same day we departed. Here is what ruined our experience… the hot water stopped working on the second day of our 7 day trip. The owner, who is apparently often out of town, which is when the apartment is generally free, could not be contacted directly. We were forced to contact her father who grudgingly looks over the apartment when his daughter is gone. Long story short, the hot water was not restored before we departed. We emailed the owner several times concerning the matter but received no response. We thought she might refund a portion of the money, or at the very least have the decency to apologize; however, neither happened.
