Місцерозташування цього житла - одне з найкращих у Ніцці. За пару кроків порт, автобусні та трамвайні зупинки з яких можна дістатись у будь-яку частину міста. Також, за 10-15 хвилин від житла є вокзал, що дуже економить час для подорожей по узбережжю. Поряд з житлом також є продуктові магазини. В квартирі гарний та милий інтерʼєр, є все необхідне для життя. Заселення та виселення відбувається безконтактно, що теж є перевагою. Ідеальний варіант для двох людей.
Відсутня ємність для рідкого мила, це не критично, але було б чудово, якби вона все ж була. На меблях поруч з холодильником краще встановити якусь накладку, щоб двері холодильника не бились об меблі при відкритті

Excellent emplacement, hôte très réactive et gentille. Appartement fonctionnel et bien équipé.
Cependant, quelques petits points sont à améliorer :
- le ménage pourrait avoir été fait de manière plus rigoureuse (il restait des miettes et des poils sur le sol de la cuisine) ;
- la literie est à changer car peu confortable (il y a un creu au milieu du lit) ;
- si vous êtes grand (1,90m) passez votre chemin car la partie chambre et salle de bain est très basse de plafond.
