About this apartment rental
20m2 studio located in old Nice, near the Promenade des Anglais, the flower market, the sea and the green flow. It consists of a mezzanine (double bed 140x190), a sofa bed (double bed 140x190). The Studio is equipped for cooking, sleeping, WiFi, TV, towels, sheets. Possibility to pick you up at the airport and drive you back for free (to be discussed according to availability). Studio refurbished in June 2015 in addition to another studio already rented in the port area (ref: 1035184).

J'ai beaucoup aimé ma location dans le Vieux Nice ...Tres propre et très bien situé ,cet appartement a fait en sorte de simplifier mes vacances ..Propriétaire très gentil qui est même venu nous chercher a l'aéroport pour nous reconduire a l'appartement ...ce qui fut très apprécié car venant du Quebec,Canada je ne connaissais pas du tout la Cote-d,azur

Appartement récemment rénové une cuisine entièrement équipée, une salle de bains et une salle de séjour avec un canapé qui peut être converti en un confortable lit double.
L'appartement est magnifiquement situé au cœur du Vieux NICE, dans une ruelle agréable et à proximité de tous les transports et commerces (la plage, le marché, le grand parc pour les enfants, le tram, la zone piétonne remplie de restaurants et de magasins). l'appartement est exactement comme sur les photos, chaleureux et accueillant, il y avait de la place pour ranger nos affaires.
Nous avons eu le plaisir de rencontrer le propriétaire, qui était adorable et fait en sorte que vous avez tout ce dont vous avez besoin.
