Perfect for a couple (and a child if desired), this atypical accommodation offers an exceptional panorama over the city, the rooftops of Old Nice and the gardens of the green corridor.

From the moment you enter, you will be captivated by the bright and warm atmosphere of the place. The large horizontal windows running along the entire length of the apartment let in natural light throughout the day and offer an unobstructed 180° view over one of Nice's most iconic neighbourhoods.
An ideal configuration for a stay for two (or with a child):
- A bright living area with sofa bed and dining area
- A functional and well-organised kitchenette
- A comfortable bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom
- A separate toilet
- Located on the top floor with lift access (top level accessible by stairs)

Located on the edge of Boulevard Jean Jaurès, the apartment overlooks Old Nice, one of the most typical neighbourhoods in the city. Between Provençal markets, cobbled streets, warm-coloured facades, and the smell of socca, you will immerse yourself in the authentic atmosphere of Nice life.
