Our pretty studio apartment with mezzanine, located on the 4th floor (no lift), has been completely renovated by an interior designer to provide you with optimum comfort, and become the perfect pied-à-terre for a stay in Nice! It has electric heating & fans for the summer season (not equipped with air conditioning).
Tastefully decorated, our studio is composed of :
- a mezzanine with a 160x200 Queen-size bed
- a living room with a furnished sitting area, sofa, wall-mounted TV and free Wi-Fi connection
- A small open-plan kitchen equipped with a large freezer, oven, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle and all the necessary utensils.
- A spacious bathroom with walk-in shower, WC and vanity unit.
The flat is located in the heart of an area ideal for enjoying the local bars and restaurants. Just a stone's throw away, you can also enjoy the Cours Saleya daily flower and local produce market. The flat is perfectly insulated, with double-glazed windows.
In terms of transport, the Vieux-Nice area is mainly pedestrianised.
Tramway line 1 is just 200 metres away. The nearest underground car park is 100 m away, the Parking du Palais de Justice.

The unit itself is a nice upgraded rental in a very old building. The bed is too close to the ceiling and every movement from the unit above sounds like it is happening right on your head. It does not have two toilets and that is a misrepresentation of the place.
