A beautiful one-bedroom apartment located close to Magenta Square, 200 meters from the Tram and 5 minutes from the beach, in a lively area but quiet as on the courtyards.

Located on the second floor without elevator, you will find all the comforts: space, proximity to touristic places, air conditioning, equipped kitchen, small balcony, washing machine, Wi-Fi...
This apartment consists in a bedroom with a comfortable double bed and closet, bathroom with shower and WC, living room with TV and access to the balcony.
Kitchen is fully equipped: fridge, hotplates, washing machine, microwave, coffee machine, and kettle.
Access
The apartment is fully equipped. Bed linens and bathroom towels are provided, and you will have access to the complete accommodation.

Neighborhood
Massena Square and « La Piétonne » (Massena Street, a pedestrian street with lots of shops, cafés and restaurants) are popular and lively areas of Nice. This situation offers you the opportunity to do all your food shopping by walking, as well as a multitude of restaurants and many shops… and of course beaches and the Promenade des Anglais at 5 minutes on foot. Walk along Massena Square and you will arrive at the entrance of the Old Town and its famous flower market. Everything is on your doorstep to fully enjoy your stay in Nice.
Transit
Access to accommodation from the airport is possible by tram: take the line n°2 in direction of Port Lympia and stop at Jean Médecin. Journey takes only 30 minutes and this stop is 350m away from the apartment.
You can also ask us to arrange a private car transfer from the airport to the apartment.
Train station « Nice Ville » is 15 minutes away on foot, allowing you to discover Antibes, Cannes, Grasse, Monaco, Menton or even to go in Italy easily.
Access to the building is also possible by car. You can park in the streets around or in a public parking. Closest one is Interparking Grimaldi.
IMPORTANT - RULES OF PROCEDURE :
For security reasons, before arrival an online check-in should be completed via our Yaago application in which the person in charge of the booking should provide identity document.
The accommodation should be returned in a suitable state of use, respecting the premises, the neighborhood, as well as basic rules of cleanliness and hygiene.
Parties and noisy evening gatherings are not allowed.
Smoking isn’t allowed inside.
Non-compliance with these instructions may result in a deduction from the deposit or cancellation of the stay.

Wonderful location. Updated unit. All systems including air and washer worked great. Threre are about 30 stair steps to the unit and it is down an ally. No issue for us but may be for others. Well worth both for the reward of a great place.

Had a great stay and this tiny, cozy apartment. Everything was as described in the listing. The only issue with had was that the entry alley to the apartment is rather sketchy - it is not a regular entrance but a back alley where you pass by a couple of restaurant back entrances. Once inside the building everything is ok.

We were not able to get in when we first arrived after a long international flight because the gate code supplied was incorrect. We had trouble getting ahold of the owner so my husband had to climb over the wall to get access to the keys. Once we were in the apartment things worked out well. The floors in the apartment hadn't been swept, so we took time to do that before our stay started. Only one set of towels for a week long stay and no wash clothes. The location is fantastic - walking distance to restaurants and the beach. No need to rent a car.
