The location was so good. The room was well equipped. Clean and enough space.
The check was not easy, first the time was sooo late at 16:00 and if you want to do it before you have pay for that! That was not nice at all. It is very late during the day to set the check in at 4. Pm and ask for money for doing it before this time! also knowing that the check out is at 10.00 AM which means u can not stay more unless u pay. So from 10 Am to 4. PM a 6h to clean a room !! Its sooo soo unfair !
Next problem was the keys box was 10 min walking far away from the room. Thats too far especially if u have ur travel bags it is complicated.
Then the room is in the third floor and no elivator... so if u have a heavy bad this will not be easy. It shall be mentioned in the announcement so people be aware of this.

Locations good for the old town and getting to the tram. Also lots of restaurants and places to drink
No tray for supporting soap etc in shower
