Excellent location for the Old Town, Port Lympia and the Promenade des Anglais.
Toilet area a bit small!

Fantastic location. Central to all amenities in Old Town and within easy walking distance to Port, Cours Saleya, Castle Hill, Promenade des Anglais, Place Massena, ave Jean Medicine, Place Garibaldi and railway stations. Surrounding area bustling with small shops restaurants and cocktail bars. Window in studio sheltered from sun which added to the comfort. Studio clean, in good decorative order, small but functional. Hosts were excellent, responding to queries really quickly and very helpful.
22 very steep internal steps to the studio. We are both in our 70s and found them difficult. Wouldn't be a problem if we were younger. When sofa made into a bed there was no space between bed and kitchen cupboard. Hence if you needed to visit the toilet during the night you had to climb over the bed. Again, difficult for us but ok for someone younger. Sofa bed however was comfortable and we slept well.
