MY CASA - CASSINI - Garibaldi Square - AC

Location and shower, my fault I didn’t realise the bed came down from the ceiling, it turned out to be comfortable just a bit odd getting up during the night

I informed the booking I was only arriving late, around 10.30 pm but when you get to the property you have to walk about 20 min to the office to open a safe then walk back , sure there could have been an easier way ? Also on top of the booking was a “ breakage fee” one was €300 refundable if all was ok but you had to wait a week to get your money back the other was a €35 non refundable even if nothing was broken?? But there were a few things already damaged when I arrived so I took photos, the sink was cracked and chipped also the balcony doors didn’t close so I hope I don’t get blamed for these … I’ve stayed many times in nice and I think it’s a lovely touch to leave a bottle of water or rose in the fridge, it costs nothing, nothing this time …

L’emplacement idéal de l’appartement. L’insonorisation et l’exposition : aucun bruit, c’était très calme dans l appartement. La salle d’eau refaite (douche italienne top)

L’appartement est un peu vieillot Le lit à descendre du plafond… qui une fois déplié est à 1 bon metre du sol. Attention la nuit de ne pas tomber ni juste d avoir envie d aller au toilettes. Table basse pour manger pas pratique, vous êtes quasiment obligé de manger dehors. Le balcon très/trop étroit. Les volets gênent la table et les chaises a l extérieur. Ce n’est vraiment pas pratique. La propreté pourrait être améliorée.

L appartement était propre à part des tâches de sang sur le sol. La literie est confortable

Tâches de sang, caution de 500€ alors que le lavabo le miroir de la salle de bain et la fermeture du volet sont cassés . Une odeur de remontée d égouts était très présente la 1ere nuit. J ai dû traiter moi même les canalisations
