The apartment is gorgeous, lovely decor with all amenities in a great location. It’s right in the heart of the old town and you can hear music and voices drifting up during the day but it’s quiet at night.

The apartment was fantastic, it's tastefully decorated and located right in the centre of Nice old town amongst streets filled with shops and local restaurants. The communication between the host and key holder was brilliant and so smooth. We had no issues with noise as mentioned by previous guests. Would highly recommend this property and we would love to stay again if we return to Nice.

Great location right in the heart of the old town, easy to find and good responsive communication with Livia. Well equipped kitchen and good shower.
Bed nearest door in twin room was noisy. 3 flights of stairs and no lift! The space at the end of the double bed was very tight to get past, otherwise a fabulous stay
