The location in the Old Town. And the fact that it is totally new renovated.
The building very old, the apartment is at 3rd floor, narraw and abrupt stairs like you are climbing a church tower. Also the noise in the street never ends. Right behind the window there is a bar-club all night long.

Altbau mitten in der Altstadt, enges Treppenhaus, aber dann die Überraschung eines wirklich schönen, mit Liebe equipten Apartments. Die Vermieter haben an so viele Details gedacht. Die Ausstattung ist ziemlich neu für ein eher kleines Apartment hat man sich richtig Mühe gegeben. Da steckt einfach Herzblut drin. Die Lage mitten in der Altstadt ist genial zum Ausgehen. Alles andere wie Einkaufs-City Markt und Meer sind in weniger als zehn Minuten erreichbar.
Das Treppenhaus ist wirklich eng und steil, aber das kleine Apartment entschädigt dafür voll.

L'appartement est dans un vieil immeuble au 3ème étage (attention, marches très hautes). Il a beaucoup de charme comme annoncé, très bien pour 2 personnes. Le quartier est vivant, l'emplacement idéalement placé dans la vieille ville, à proximité de tout
Je trouve que l'appareil de climatisation n'est très pratique à installer puisque la climatisation n'est pas intégrée, ce qui oblige à ouvrir une fenêtre pour y placer (difficilement) le tuyau d'évacuation... ce qui expose au bruit de la rue en contrebas
