The location is great - in the very city center, 5 mins walking distance to the beach, various restaurants and cafes, food market are just near the apartment.

The location is also a big minus - as it is in the very center, it is very crowded nearby. And the worst thing is garbage machine which arrived every day at 5 am and creates such a huge noice that everybody wakes up. And the smell from the garbage is also accessible to the apartment. The facility itself is well designed but has some inconveniences. The shower is uncomfortable—while the overhead water flow works fine, the handheld showerhead is broken and needs repair. The dishwasher doesn’t clean dishes properly. The upstairs bedroom is uncomfortable due to low ceiling height and poor ventilation, making it hot and stuffy. The apartment is on the 3rd floor with very steep stairs, which may be difficult for those with knee or mobility issues
