Just steps away from the Cours Saleya market and its azure colors, come stay in this beautifully decorated, fully air-conditioned apartment on the 3rd floor without an elevator of a Nice building.
Its exceptional location in the heart of the authentic old town of Nice will surely offer you a memorable stay. The property is lively, in the immediate vicinity of restaurants.
The apartment is laid out as follows:
-The entrance hallway serves a separate toilet and a storage area with a washing machine & dressing room
-The spacious living area consists of a lounge area with a sofa (TV & free wifi), a dining area with a dining table and armchairs, and a fully equipped open kitchen (refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, ceramic hob, Nespresso coffee maker, toaster, kettle)
-A decorated vestibule serving 2 bedrooms and a shower room with an Italian shower and a vanity unit
-Both bedrooms have an armchair and a standard double bed (140x190)
A set of bed linen and towels is also provided and set up for your stay, as well as welcome products for your arrival (small soaps, coffee).
The products at your disposal are indeed welcome products, to allow you to arrive in complete serenity. However, we cannot guarantee that they will be sufficient for the entire duration of your stay. This depends on your personal consumption.
Although being in the heart of the Old Town, you still have the tram line 1 (Opéra stop 300 meters away) nearby to facilitate your movements during your stay.

Central to shopping and dining, 5 minute walk to beach and gardens. City comes to life at 6am, so need to be okay with early rising (or a sound sleeper). Patrons should be in relatively good condition to climb 3 flights of stairs regularly. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

VRBO location was perfect. The apartment needed more towels and paper products in the bathroom and kitchen.
