A beautiful air-conditioned 61 m2 apartment with 2 bedrooms, located in the heart of the Old Town, close to the beach and the famous Promenade des Anglais.

Welcome to our apartment in the heart of the Old Town,
The apartment was not air conditioned in the past but the air conditioning could be installed since the end of August 2023.
Located on the fourth floor without elevator, you will find all the comforts: proximity to touristic places, space, equipped kitchen, washing machine, dishwasher, Wi-Fi...
This apartment consists in two bedrooms with comfortable double beds and closet, bathroom with shower, separate WC, open kitchen on the living room with TV.
Kitchen is fully equipped: fridge, hotplates, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine and kettle.
Access
The apartment is fully equipped. Bed linens and bathroom towels are provided, and you will have access to the complete accommodation.

Neighborhood
Old Town is the historic district of the city with its narrow streets and colorful buildings. This is also a popular and lively area of Nice. This situation offers you the opportunity to do all your food shopping by walking, as well as a multitude of restaurants and many shops… and of course beaches and the Promenade des Anglais at 5 minutes on foot. Walk along the streets of the Old Town and you will find Rosseti Square with its famous ice cream and the “Cours Saleya” and its famous flower market.
Transit
Access to accommodation from the airport is possible by tram: take the line n°2 in direction of Port Lympia and stop at Garibaldi Le Château. Journey takes only 30 minutes and this stop is 600m away from the apartment.
You can also ask us to arrange a private car transfer from the airport to the apartment.
Train station « Nice Ville » is 20 minutes away on foot, allowing you to discover Antibes, Cannes, Grasse, Monaco, Menton or even to go in Italy easily.
You can come in Nice by car and park in the streets around the Harbor area or in one of the public parking of the Old Town. Access to the building isn’t possible by car as the Old Town is a pedestrian zone.
IMPORTANT - RULES OF PROCEDURE :
For security reasons, before arrival an online check-in should be completed via our Yaago application in which the person in charge of the booking should provide identity document.
The accommodation should be returned in a suitable state of use, respecting the premises, the neighborhood, as well as basic rules of cleanliness and hygiene.
Parties and noisy evening gatherings are not allowed.
Smoking isn’t allowed inside.
Non-compliance with these instructions may result in a deduction from the deposit or cancellation of the stay.

We deliberately went to the old town. It was Crazy loud till 3/4 in the morning but that is our what you get in the old town. Nothing connected to the agency. Just be awareNo so nice is the welcome process. You have your suitcase with you and you have to walk 15/20 min and back to the agency to pick up the key… even if you did all online check before. Very unfortunate and certainly a better way to arrange it.The only check in is dubious. You get some link from quirky whatever and have to give your credit card. I asked the agency if this random email was legit and only got answer after we had arrived for two days. The agency could give some advice that this is not fraud… sure looks like it. The Aparment is in a very old and dirty house with rat traps in the staircase. The apartment itself is nice and renovated. The atmosphere is nice. The bathroom is a mess. The floor tiles are loose and the sink is hopelessly clogged but we lived. In general we liked the place. My kids fell in the stairs going up and down the four flights since the stairs are all uneven. Watch outThe apartment

Very easy and great communication from host. Apartment has everything you need for a long weekend / short stay. Location is excellent, but it is worth noting that there was some noise disturbances at night.

The apartment is nicely furnished and decorated. Everything is modern and tasteful. Very comfortable beds and enough cupboard room. We loved the location in the middle of the old town, everything is nearby. The communication with the agency was very easy. They were flexible and let us check out late.
The pick up of the keys at the agency is very inconvenient. The bed linen had ugly stains and we found old socks (not ours) behind the TV table in the bedroom. We didn’t like that one bedroom has no real window. They could provide at least some basic items for the kitchen like sugar, salt, pepper, some coffee pods, dishwasher detergent etc.
